The newly-constructed thatch roof addition with Loft and Tuscan-style kitchen is completely independent, and sleeps 4 adults. And our smaller suite is perfect for 2 or up to 5 persons. Children under the age of 12 cannot be accepted in the Loft. |
Each cabaña is furnished with well-equipped kitchens, linens, free Wifi and private outdoor grills, and the large Casona also has Directv. A large swimming pool nestles under the trees adjacent to the homes and the huge gardens provide outdoor cooking in a country-style clay oven. Covered parking for up to 4 vehicles is on the property.

READ WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT RANCHO DIVINO:

This is a great little finca near everything and of the beaten path. A great place to relax and enjoy the grounds after a day of exploring. Beautiful rustic charm. The hosts and there agents are amazing, warm, welcoming and so helpful. Can't go wrong with a stay here.
Thank you for sharing your finca with us. We had a lovely time. Miguel was wonderful!

Muy buena, hermosa casa. Tranquilidad.

A lovely cabin, rustic but clean, everything worked great! The host was very accommodating and prompt with our questions, and even drove out of her way to come meet us and bring us to the cabin! Be sure to try the wine made there on the host's vineyard, it's delicious!

We stayed here for 3 1/2 months during the late Summer, early Fall and loved every minute of it. The cabana is a new build with antique furnishings and you wouldn't guess it's only a couple of years old. As well as tons of charm, it has a big fireplace, wood burning oven and big kitchen space. The space is very bright and you'll love waking up to a view over Paco & Toody's vineyard of 100% malbec grapes. We met Paco and Toody, as well as Patricia the caretakers, who were all extremely accommodating and helpful, as well as just great people all-round. They will also answer any questions on local activities that you could think of. Location-wise it's situated a 20min drive from San Rafael centre, which is great as you'll rather stay here than the cabanas situated closer (trust me). A local corner shop doesn't sell as much as the supermarkets in town, but we found they had better meat than any of the bigger butchers. Roadside stalls and local farmers sell fruit & veg as well as sundries. The Ukrainian up the road is worth a visit for homemade smoked pork and flavoured vodkas. I really have zero complaints and would hate to stay anywhere else when we return next time! For us it was no doubt our favorite vacation rental we ever stayed in.

Highly recommended. We (6 adults) stayed at lovely Rancho Divino in September, 2014, for a conference in nearby San Rafael. It was well worth the easy 20 minute drive to stay out in the country, on a vineyard! There are mercados, carnicerias and fresh fruit & vegetable stands all along the way, so getting supplies was easy. The house is actually an old 3 bedroom farm house on a vineyard, with a kitchen and bathroom and large central living space with fireplace. There is a separate, attached apartment with a loft. The house has Wifi (we used this all the time), and satellite TV (we never used this). We grilled on the outdoor grill several times which was especially nice. There is covered parking for at least 3 cars (important if it hails). We were here in early Spring, so the nights were cold but the space heaters kept the bedrooms cozy and warm. The house and property are just as the pictures show - everything was clean and beautiful. Many of the furnishings and fixtures are reclaimed local items; the owners have done a wonderful job of making this farmhouse a picturesque retreat from the city. Overall, this was a great experience.
